Product Description: YoFrost is a Yoghurt-flavoured Soft-Serve. YoFrost has a milky, full-bodied Yoghurt-taste, not too sour and not too strong. YoFrost is 98% Fat-Free and can also be used to make Smoothies. It’s a classic. 

Serving Suggestions: YoFrost is ideal for Cones, Cups and Sundaes. Decorate with crushed nuts, multi-coloured sprinkles or one of our Topping Sauces. YoFrost is ideal in combination with fresh fruit.

YoFrost can also be combined any of our wide range of Flavour & Colour Concentrates; why not try two flavours in a twin-barrel machine?

Yield: One carton of YoFrost will make 40kg of frozen Soft-Serve, sufficient product to make 400 cones of 100g, or 533 cones of 75g.

Storage: Unopened bags must be stored below 25ºC in a dry store area away from direct light, toxic chemicals, odours, insect- and/or rodent infestation. Once prepared the liquid mix must be stored below 5ºC and used within 3 days. The product must be transported in a manner, which does not compromise the quality of the product.

Shelf Life: The 18 months from date of manufacture, when stored under the prescribed conditions.
