Product Description: Yo D’Lux is a Frozen Yoghurt base. Yo D’Lux is a rich, full-bodied Frozen Yoghurt with a strong but delicious real Yoghurt taste. Yo D’Lux contains a blend of four different strains of live probiotic cultures and prebiotic fibre and is 99.8% Fat-Free.

Serving Suggestions: Yo D’Lux is ideal for Cones, Cups and Sundaes. Decorate with crushed nuts, multi-coloured sprinkles or one of our Topping Sauces. Yo D’Lux is ideal in combination with fresh fruit.

Yo D’Lux can also be combined with any of our wide range of Flavour & Colour Concentrates; why not try two flavours in a twin-barrel machine?

Yield: One carton of Frosty freeze will make 28.5kg of frozen Soft-Serve, sufficient product to make 285 cones of 100g, or 380 cones of 75g.

Storage: Unopened bags must be stored below 25ºC in a dry store area away from direct light, toxic chemicals, odours, insect- and/or rodent infestation. Once prepared the liquid mix must be stored below 5ºC and used within 3 days. The product must be transported in a manner, which does not compromise the quality of the product.

Shelf Life: The 12 months from date of manufacture, when stored under the prescribed conditions.
