Traditional Vanilla

Product Description: Traditional Vanilla is a favourite. A traditional all-dairy product with a rich, full-bodied texture, with strong notes of Cream and a caramely Vanilla. Traditional Vanilla is 98% Fat-Free and suitable for Heat-treat machines. 
Using a different mixing ration, Classic Vanilla can also be used in Thick-shake machines.

Serving Suggestions: Traditional Vanilla is ideal for Cones, Cups and Sundaes. Decorate with crushed nuts, multi-coloured sprinkles or one of our Topping Sauces. Traditional Vanilla is ideal in combination with our Choc Tops.

Traditional Vanilla can also be combined with D460 Choc Sachet to make an excellent Chocolate Soft-Serve or flavoured with any of our wide range of Flavour & Colour Concentrates; why not try two flavours in a twin-barrel machine?

Yield: One carton of Traditional Vanilla will make 40kg of frozen Soft-Serve, sufficient product to make 400 cones of 100g, or 533 cones of 75g.

Storage: Unopened bags must be stored below 25ºC in a dry store area away from direct light, toxic chemicals, odours, insect- and/or rodent infestation. Once prepared the liquid mix must be stored below 5ºC and used within 3 days. The product must be transported in a manner, which does not compromise the quality of the product.

Shelf Life: The 18 months from date of manufacture, when stored under the prescribed conditions.
