Ragazzo Gelato Base

Product Description: Ragazzo is designed for traditional batch-freezing. From Gelato and Low-fat Ice Cream to a mouth-watering premium product with 14% butterfat or a delightful Frozen Yoghurt. Simply combine Ragazzo with water or cream*, add some Frostymulsion and the flavour of your choice and blend for 10 minutes. The product is ready to be frozen, no pasteurizing required. It could not be simpler!

Serving Suggestions: Ragazzo can be flavoured like any other old-fashioned ice cream mix. Velvety Vanilla, Creamy Chocolate, Succulent Strawberry, Perfect Pistachio and Magnificent Mango can all be made from the same base.

Outer carton weight: 1.74kg net (4 x 2.945kg)

Yield: One carton of Ragazzo will make over 40kg of Ice Cream, sufficient product to make 400 scoops of 100g, or 800 scoops of 50g.

Storage: Unopened bags must be stored below 25ºC in a dry store area away from direct light, toxic chemicals, odours, insect- and/or rodent infestation. Once prepared the liquid mix must be stored below 5ºC and used within 3 days. The product must be transported in a manner, which does not compromise the quality of the product.

Shelf Life: The 12 months from date of manufacture, when stored under the prescribed conditions.
