Product Description: Nova Yoghurt is a Yoghurt-flavoured Soft-Serve. With an economic blend of Dairy- and Vegetable fat, Nova Yoghurt has a clean, smooth Yoghurt-taste, with a hint of acid and a lot of aroma. Nova Yoghurt contains a blend of four different strains of live probiotic cultures and prebiotic fibre and is 98% Fat-Free. 

Serving Suggestions: Nova Yoghurt is ideal for Cones, Cups and Sundaes. Decorate with crushed nuts, multi-coloured sprinkles or one of our Topping Sauces. Nova Yoghurt is ideal in combination with fresh fruit.

Yield: One carton of Nova Yoghurt will make 40kg of frozen Soft-Serve, sufficient product to make 400 cones of 100g, or 533 cones of 75g.

Storage: Unopened bags must be stored below 25ºC in a dry store area away from direct light, toxic chemicals, odours, insect- and/or rodent infestation. Once prepared the liquid mix must be stored below 5ºC and used within 3 days. The product must be transported in a manner, which does not compromise the quality of the product.

Shelf Life: The 12 months from date of manufacture, when stored under the prescribed conditions.
