Product Description: Frosty Freeze is Soft-Serve powder for the modern times with an economic blend of Dairy- and Vegetable fat. Frosty Freeze has a rich texture with a subtle hint of rich Vanilla and is 98% Fat-Free. 

Serving Suggestions: Frosty Freeze is ideal for Cones, Cups and Sundaes. Decorate with crushed nuts, multi-coloured sprinkles or one of our Topping Sauces. Frosty Freeze is ideal in combination with our Choc Tops.

Frosty Freeze can also be combined with D460 Choc Sachet to make an excellent Chocolate Soft-Serve or flavoured with any of our wide range of Flavour & Colour Concentrates; why not try two flavours in a twin-barrel machine?

Yield: One carton of Frosty freeze will make 38kg of frozen Soft-Serve, sufficient product to make 380 cones of 100g, or 500 cones of 75g.

Storage: Unopened bags must be stored below 25ºC in a dry store area away from direct light, toxic chemicals, odours, insect- and/or rodent infestation. Once prepared the liquid mix must be stored below 5ºC and used within 3 days. The product must be transported in a manner, which does not compromise the quality of the product.

Shelf Life: The 18 months from date of manufacture, when stored under the prescribed conditions.
