Description: Choc Tops are an effective way to create variety, especially if you only have a single barrel Soft-Serve machine. They form a crackly coating as the liquid dipping compound solidifies when in contact with cold temperatures. There are two delicious flavours to choose from: Dark and White.
Serve: Dip firstly into Choc Tops and then into crushed nuts, cookies, honeycomb or rice bubbles. Or make a delicious half and half dip with a white Choc Tops than a dark Choc Tops layer.
Sizes: 12kg cartons (4 x 3kg bottles).
Storage: Cartons of powder base must be stored below 25°C (77°F) and away from direct light.
Shelf life: 24 months from date of manufacture. After opening, the operational temperature is between 22 and 28°C. At this temperature and after opening, it must be used within 14 days.
