Product Description: berrYo is a Frozen Yoghurt base. berrYo is unique amongst our range because of its light and refreshing texture and blends well with fresh fruit. Its tart flavour is only enhanced by the addition of fresh Lemon juice. berrYo contains a blend of four different strains of live probiotic cultures and prebiotic fibre and is 99.8% Fat-Free. 

Serving Suggestions: berrYo is ideal for Cones, Cups and Sundaes. Decorate with crushed nuts, multi-coloured sprinkles or one of our Topping Sauces. berrYo is ideal in combination with fresh fruit.

berrYo can also be combined with fresh fruit puree or any of our wide range of Flavour & Colour Concentrates; why not try two flavours in a twin-barrel machine?

Yield: One carton of berrYo will make 40kg of frozen Soft-Serve, sufficient product to make 400 cones of 100g, or 533 cones of 75g.

Storage: Unopened bags must be stored below 25ºC in a dry store area away from direct light, toxic chemicals, odours, insect- and/or rodent infestation. Once prepared the liquid mix must be stored below 5ºC and used within 3 days. The product must be transported in a manner, which does not compromise the quality of the product.

Shelf Life: The 12 months from date of manufacture, when stored under the prescribed conditions.
