Due to previous abuses of our samples taking place, we have imposed the
following conditions for sending out samples:
- You must first find out what the import duties, freight cost and clearance
fees are should you import from us and work out the landed cost of our
products in order to determine the feasibility of importing these products
from us. (We can supply you with a spreadsheet to help you work this out)
- You must familiarize yourself with our minimum order quantity and value
and be prepared to buy such amount if the samples meet your approval.
- You must familiarize yourself with the payment options for all orders and
be happy with that.
- You must preferably have one of the following:

An existing customer base for our
products. |

A specification of a product that
needs to be matched. |

o |
Be using enough product yourself
or have enough customers to warrant importing
our minimum order quantity at a time. |

Business Plan in you want to start
selling soft serve. |
If you meet these criteria, we will be happy to do all the necessary paperwork,
get health certificates if required and send you free samples on condition that
you pay for freight/courier cost (which we can charge to your courier account or
you can make a deposit into our bank account before the samples leave). If you
