Description: Thickshake Base is a specially formulated dairy based powder mix for use in special Thickshake machines typically found in large franchises like McDonalds.
It is also used in the smaller type bench-top machines like the TAYLOR 430 & 432.
It is then dispensed from the machine at the consistency of a Thickshake. Thickshake flavouring is added through a plastic pump crewed onto a Thickshake Flavouring Bottle. It is then blended with a milkshake spinner for about 6 seconds before it is sold.
Alternatively, the whole batch can be pre-flavoured (into Chocolate or Strawberry for instance) and then dispensed straight into a cup and sold.

Applications:
- MILKSHAKES - pour frozen thickshake into a cup, add shake syrup (milkshake flavouring) and spin for a minimum of 30 seconds. This will break up the ice crystals, liquify the product, mix in the syrup and aerate it. This will give a smooth, creamy consistency.
- THICKSHAKES - pour frozen thickshake mix into a cup, add shake syrup and spin for only 6 seconds to blend the flavouring. This will retain most of the icy crystals and give it a thick, icy consistency.
