Premium Belgian Drinking Chocolate, or Hot Chocolate, is made from some of the world´s finest cocoa - which fine flavour of Belgian-style rich chocolate taste is released when you mix the chocolate base with a cup of steamed milk. As a Cappuccino Chocolate (Sprinkle) - it is perfect! Is widely used for this purpose and has just the right mix and ratio of cocoa and sugar with the sugar crystals also the correct size for cappuccinos. Mixing Instructions:
For making ´Hot Chocolate´: Add 3 heaped teaspoons to a cup of steamed milk and stir.
For making Chocolate Frappé (11 ounce): Add 4 - 5 heaped teaspoons (~45 gram) to 150 grams ice and 150 mL milk. Blend for 30 seconds and serve.
