Description: A Chocolate Flavouring Sachet (or ´Choc sachet´ for short) is a sachet that consist of a combination of superior cocoas and other high quality ingredients and is used to flavour vanilla soft serve mix (or thickshake mix) into chocolate soft serve (or chcolate thickshake mix). 

Ons sachet (125 gram) flavours approximately 1.5 kg dry soft serve powder base or approximately 5 litres reconstituted liquid soft serve base.

It has a rich, full bodied chocolate flavour enhanced by extra chocolate flavour incorporated in the sachet with an true chocolate colour. It is both pleasing to the eyes and to the taste buds!

Choc sachets are easy to use. Just add to reconstituted soft serve (or thickshake mix) at the recommended rate, whisk with a wire wisk as you add it to the liquid to prevent any lumps forming when the powder hits the water, then stir through.

Ingredients: Cocoa (80%), Sugar, Flavour, Colours (102, 110, 129, 132, 155), Salt.

Packaging:

Sachets: airtight, lightproof, CO2 flushed food-grade, foil-laminate bags bearing the following information in English: Product Name, Product Code, Net Weight, Mixing Instructions, Ingredients, Manufacturing Date, Best Before Date, Batch Code, Time Manufactured.

Cartons: Custom-printed, export-grade single corrugated ´1C´ super-flute cardboard box, with a label bearing the following information: Product Name, Product Code, Net Weight, Ingredients, Packaging Date, Best-before Date, Storage Instructions & Supplier Details. Then in jet-print, the Pallet Code and Time of Packaging is printed on the reverse side of the carton.

 

Storage Instructions: Cartons of powder base must be stored below 25ºC(77ºF) away from direct light.

Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture.
